Rally! Trivia - Account Deletion and Data Requests

This page explains how Rally! Trivia users can request account deletion, personal data deletion, access, correction, or portability. It is intended to support the account controls available inside the App and to give users an external contact method through the Rally Studio website.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

If you have access to your account, you can delete your account from within the App settings. Once confirmed, we will begin deleting your personal account data from our systems.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the App or prefer to contact us directly, email support@rallystudio.ae from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and provide your Rally! Trivia username or display name where possible.

3. What We Delete

Account identifiers associated with your Rally! Trivia account

Profile information you provided, such as display name, profile photo, date of birth, and gender where applicable

Gameplay profile data associated with your account, such as XP, achievements, and leaderboard progress where deletion is technically feasible

Push notification tokens associated with your account

4. What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, purchase verification, accounting, or to protect the integrity of the App. Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

5. Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where additional time is required for legal, security, or technical reasons. Third-party providers such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Sentry, or Expo may maintain data under their own retention schedules.

6. Other Data Requests

You may also contact us to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or a portable copy of your data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Report a User

If you need to report another user for cheating, harassment, impersonation, offensive profile content, or other misuse, use the in-app reporting button where available or email support@rallystudio.ae with details such as the username, approximate date/time, and a description of the issue.
